ILTIZAM means commitment, determination, and will in Bahasa Malaysia. Those are the core values that shape our efforts to create meaningful impact within the community. As Ekuiti Nasional Berhad’s (Ekuinas) social impact arm, ILTIZAM supports the wider Bumiputera and underserved communities through programmes designed to empower individuals, businesses, and communities to realise their potential.

Driven by Ekuinas’ philosophy of “Realising Potential”, ILTIZAM Catalyst provides hands-on technical assistance to help small Bumiputera businesses strengthen their capabilities and build towards sustainable growth.

Through the programme, we help you identify and address business gaps, overcome limitations, and strengthen key areas, including financial and compliance, branding and digital marketing, technology adoption, and leadership.

We believe that with the right tools and knowledge, you can achieve more for your business.
